Each brand is different so always check the sizing chart on each product page for specific advice on that product. This will ensure you get the best fit possible. Some brands run small, some run large, some aren’t standard sizing. If you are between sizes and there is no specific guide on that product then we always suggest to go up to the larger size.

Our store is closing and we therefore will not be replenishing any stock.

Your items will be sent out to you within 2-4 days of ordering excluding public holidays and holiday closures.

Once the parcel has left us, it will take typically 2-4 working days for Australian major cities (allow an extra day or two for rural areas). International order delivery times will vary but should not take more than 14 working days.

Depending on stock levels and locations, some items may take longer to arrive, however this will be specified on the product pages of applicable items.

Impossible question!
'Slide time' typically refers to the amount of time it takes to wear through fabric on impact/slide and it will always differ depending on multiple factors such as speed, impact, weather, terrain, angle, weight etc.
A more useful question would be "What kind of abrasion resistance or impact protection does this garment offer?" And the answer for that will be in each products description!

To use a promo/discount code online;

1. Add all your goodies to the cart
2. Go to your cart and select either Shopify, PayPal or Checkout (Google Pay will not allow you to enter a discount code)
3. Fill in your details and add your code to the 'Discount Code or Gift Voucher' free text box
4. Voila!

To use a promo/discount code in store, let your showroom host know at the counter and watch them work their magic!

• D3O® armour must be purchased with the product that requires them as an upgrade only.

• If D3O® is bought as an upgrade to a product and that product is being returned, it must be returned with the armour or the return is not accepted until the matching armour is returned.
